How we do it (8 weeks)

  • Diagnose (Weeks 1–2): X-Ray inputs validated in-situ; observe the real work.

  • Design (Weeks 3–4): co-create decision rights, cadence, and behaviour charter.

  • Do (Weeks 5–8): run the new cadence live; coach leaders in-flow; fix handoffs; lock learning with short after-action reviews.

Cadence
Weekly 90-min working session (weeks 3-8); fortnightly leader coaching; async support.
